Never had a better business trip before, everything was perfect. We had a nicely furnished and fairly quiet room with multi-channel TV and a writing desk. The bathroom was particularly good, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was close to a nice shopping area, the tram station and the airport.

The hotel met all the criteria. The property was fairly clean. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient and calm. The Café Costa Coffee, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise. It was approximately 1 km from the airport. My family and I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Refrather Hof. the hotel met all our criteria. the property was fairly clean, and we appreciated the friendly staff. the location was both convenient and calm, which added to our overall enjoyment. We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby Café Costa Coffee, just a kilometer away, and found it to be a great addition to our experience. being only about a kilometer from the airport was very convenient for our travels.

The owners were incredibly friendly, large and nicely furnished rooms, convenient outdoor keypad entrance for late night entry, good breakfast selection with friendly service, peaceful and quiet area.

This hotel is perfectly located, near public transportation with bus stops nearby and a short walk to the tram station. the area is peaceful and clean. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the owners go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. You'll appreciate the easy keypad entry and large, nicely furnished rooms.
The wifi could use improvement for a better connection.
